Immunisation Program & Infectious Diseases Policy & Forms

Physiotherapy students are required to participate in the Faculty immunization program (unless they have been exempted by the Dean). They may also be unable to participate in certain procedures unless they have been tested for blood-borne viruses.

Students admitted into Physiotherapy will be required to submit consent and compliance forms at the start of their course.
