Immunisation Program & Infectious Diseases Policy & Forms

Physiotherapy students are required to participate in the Faculty immunization program (unless they have been exempted by the Dean). They may also be unable to participate in certain procedures unless they have been tested for blood-borne viruses.

Page 13 “Nursing and Physiotherapy Students and Infectious Diseases” must be submitted to the School of Physiotherapy reception by Friday 20 February 2008.

Page 14 “Consent to blood collection and testing and vaccinations” must be submitted to staff present at the first session of the immunisation program.
