Undergraduates travelling interstate or overseas as part of their studies (e.g. Global Electives) must carry with them

• the Emergency Assistance contact number and insurance policy number
• school contact details
• contact details for nearest embassy, high commission or consulate

The School strongly recommends that you complete a Checklist and Emergency Contact form (PDF, 96k) and lodge it at the office before you travel so that we are in a better position to assist you should the need arise. Information you supply will be treated as confidential (see the University's Privacy Policy).

The Risk Management Office of the University contains important information for students travelling interstate or overseas including travel advice and student insurance.
