Neurology Research Group Overview
The Neurology Research Group undertakes basic science and clinical research into movement control mechanisms with a focus on neurological disorders. Projects include clinical research into the mechanisms of postural control, upper limb control, balance, recovery from neurological disorders and outcome studies of treatment efficacy, with a focus on stroke, multiple sclerosis and myopathy, and basic science research into axon guidance during development and regeneration following nervous system injury.
